Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the US Citizenship Test App ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Please Read Carefully: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Azad Studio regarding your use of the App.

Description of Service

The US Citizenship Test App is an educational application designed to help users prepare for the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) naturalization test. The App provides:

• Official USCIS civics test questions and answers

• Flashcards and quiz modes for study

• Mock interview practice

• Audio pronunciation guides

• Progress tracking and study statistics

• State-specific information

Important Disclaimer: This App is an independent educational tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by USCIS or any government agency. The information provided is for educational purposes only.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Account Registration

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Subscription and Payments

The App offers both free and premium subscription options:

Free Version

Access to limited questions and basic features at no cost.

Premium Subscription

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings

• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple in accordance with their refund policies. We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Azad Studio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

• Use the App's content for commercial purposes without authorization

USCIS civics test questions are public domain material provided by the U.S. government.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe upon the rights of others

• Transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malware

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

• Use automated systems to access the App without permission

• Resell or redistribute the App or its content

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will meet your specific requirements

• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

• The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable

• Using the App guarantees passing the USCIS naturalization test

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZAD STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill

• Service interruption or computer damage

• Cost of substitute services

• Any damages arising from your use of the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Educational Purpose Only

The App is intended solely for educational and test preparation purposes. We make no guarantees regarding:

• Your success on the actual USCIS naturalization test

• The completeness or current accuracy of the information provided

• Immigration advice or legal guidance

Updates to the App

We may update the App periodically to add new features, fix bugs, or update content. You agree to accept such updates as part of your use of the App. Some updates may be required for continued use.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms

• Fraudulent or illegal activity

• Conduct that may harm other users or our business

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Azad Studio regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
