Terms of Service - Life in the UK test - Pass

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Life in the UK Test mobile application (the "App") operated by AzadStudio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

The App is an educational tool designed to help users prepare for the Life in the United Kingdom Test required for Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and British citizenship applications. The App provides practice questions, mock tests, study materials, and progress tracking features.

3. Important Disclaimers

Not Official: This App is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the UK Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration, or any government body.
No Guarantee: While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, we cannot guarantee that using this App will result in passing the official Life in the UK Test.
Supplementary Tool: This App should be used as a supplementary study aid alongside the official handbook "Life in the United Kingdom: A Guide for New Residents" published by the Home Office.
Content Accuracy: We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of our content, but laws, policies, and test content may change. Always refer to official government sources for the most current information.

4. User Accounts

Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update your information as necessary.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer in-app purchases or subscription services:

Payments are processed through the Apple App Store
Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple App Store account settings
Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policies

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AzadStudio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Copy, distribute, or share the App's content without permission
Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
Share your account credentials with others

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AZADSTUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM FAILING THE OFFICIAL LIFE IN THE UK TEST, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DELAYS OR REFUSALS IN IMMIGRATION OR CITIZENSHIP APPLICATIONS.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AzadStudio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App and updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AzadStudio regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
