This Privacy Policy explains how Canadian Citizenship Test App ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1.5 Purchases and Subscriptions
The App may offer subscriptions and/or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Apple may provide us with non-sensitive purchase signals (e.g., subscription status) to unlock premium features.
1.6 Support Communications
If you contact support, we may collect your email address and the content of your message.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
Provide and operate the App (including login, syncing progress, and restoring purchases)
Personalize study experience (progress tracking, recommendations, saved questions)
Send push notifications if enabled (study reminders, updates, important service messages)
Measure performance and improve features using analytics
Detect, prevent, and fix crashes and technical issues
Maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce our policies
Provide customer support and respond to requests
3. Legal Bases (If Applicable)

App Store / Apple: to process purchases and manage subscriptions.

5. Third-Party Services

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
