Basker Terms of Service

1. About Basker
Basker is provided by AzadStudio to help bearded dragon keepers organize pet-care routines and records. Contact: contact@azadstudio.net. These terms cover the app and connected services. Basker is currently in development; features, availability and subscription options may differ between preview, test and released versions. Preview purchases and account screens do not represent completed transactions or linked accounts.

2. Responsible use
Use Basker lawfully and provide accurate information where required. Keep account access secure and do not impersonate others, interfere with the service, bypass access controls or misuse another person’s information. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms to use Basker. The service is not intended for minors.

3. Pet-care information and reminders
Basker provides organizational tools and general information, not veterinary diagnosis, treatment or emergency services. Consult a qualified reptile veterinarian about your animal’s individual needs or signs of illness. Do not delay professional care because of information in the app or community. You remain responsible for feeding, lighting, habitat conditions and other care. Notifications, widgets and background updates depend on device settings, permissions and operating-system behavior and may be delayed or unavailable. Keep your own checks for time-sensitive care.

4. Your records and content
You retain ownership of content you provide. You allow us and our service providers to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features you choose. For community content, this includes making it available to its intended audience and administering moderation. Only upload material you have the right to share. Do not post unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing content, or private information about others. We may restrict or remove content or access where reasonably necessary to address violations, safety, security or legal requirements. Community posts are user contributions and are not automatically verified professional advice.
Local-only records can be lost when the app or device is reset or removed. Use available exports and backups for information you need to keep.

5. Basker Plus and store purchases
Where available, Basker Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription. The purchase screen and store confirmation show the applicable price, currency, billing period, included features and any trial or introductory offer before you buy. Trial eligibility is determined by the store and the offer shown to you. Unless cancelled under the store’s rules before it renews, a subscription renews at the displayed renewal price. A trial may convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the applicable deadline.
Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings, and a Google Play subscription in Google Play. To avoid an Apple trial converting or a subscription renewing, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Removing the app, signing out or deleting your Basker account does not cancel store billing. Restore purchases through the app where available, using the store account that made the purchase. Refund requests are handled under the store’s policy and applicable consumer law; we do not promise an additional money-back or pet-health guarantee.

6. App license and third-party services
We grant you a limited right to use Basker for its intended personal purposes, subject to these terms and applicable store rules. Basker’s supplied artwork, branding and software remain protected by their owners’ rights. Open-source components retain their respective licenses. For apps distributed through Apple, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app license: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . Store terms and third-party service terms also apply to their respective services. These terms do not replace rights that applicable law gives you.

7. Privacy and account closure
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and how to request deletion. You can stop using Basker at any time and use available account-deletion controls or contact us. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, serious misuse or legal compliance. Store subscriptions must be managed separately.

8. Availability and liability
We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, notification delivery, complete accuracy or a particular pet-care outcome. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on it beyond the obligations the law imposes. Nothing in these terms excludes non-excludable consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Changes and contact
We may update features and these terms. We will provide notice of material changes where required; subscription changes remain subject to store rules and applicable law. If you have a question, complaint or need help with your account, contact contact@azadstudio.net.
